                    When I approached his mother, she mentioned that cognitive diversity was one of his favourite topics. Reading his writing, I could fathom his enthusiasm  for the topic. Reiterating the point that they delve deeply into a topic of interest.

Diversity is justified not by obligation, establishing humankind by giving space for every human being irrespective of gender,religion,culture,and race in all institutions,it is justified by giving respect without bullying ,yes!!We see today people talking about "Unity in diversity"  but really do you all think only saying the slogan will make unity in diversity, your mindset is more needed to change when it comes to inclusion, your little gesture molding the  society makes yourself a better hashtagged person. Triggering the mind to follow any customs, different regions, festivals and vast events of any religious culture and forcing any person to convert his/her caste are big issues happening in our country now, and we talk about unity in diversity, every aspect of our life is beautiful with more casting way of thinking, we all are mindful today because we live with different personalities, yes !! imagine if human beings were following one culture, religion,cuisine, region and boundaries then our life would have been more like airbags,simply living,breathing and being like lifesaver machine,'more the diversity, more the flavors in life "

 

The need for diversity  is in every institution, every human being is different as well as their way of living ,thinking and perspectives, knowledge, skills,bringing all these together we  can create a beautiful rainbow with different colors. Diversity drives towards creation and innovation so it is much needed in society, Diversity is in mind, every mind is different,every different thinking will bring a big impact in society,every mind asses information when it is pointed in front of us in a visual discrimination manner, we learn different concepts and right from the childhood days we learn functionally with reading and discriminating between two objects ,its only with visual discrimination the mind asses to know, understand each concept ,every aspect is learnt in this way."what to think is learning but how to think is cognition " giving every aspect a unique perspective is diversity, diversity gives platform to understanding,thinking and problems solving,creating different animation in mind, diversity is today seen in many directions some will find it interesting ,some see it as a dramatization when understanding diversity fails people give different labels of disorders to it,giving some examples of me, right from the first stepping into any academics was like a bombardment for me to follow what I was already knowing, since I am a Neurodivergent person I always took sides of every concept in a deeper way I personally don't feel like changing any teaching strategies or education system but when mind process in a different way what one can do?

 we can accept diversity in reality and in practice by..

1.  By allowing every person in a workplace to keep their perception, ideas,techniques for any problem solving ..

2.. By inclusion of task oriented diversity

3. By Inclusion of relation oriented diversity

4. Moral diversity is where people are free to have their own beliefs,principles,ideologies,culture but with following more the moral values of being kind hearted,compassionate,mindful,honest,empathetic , I just wanted people to understand about moral diversity and moral values ,Moral diversity is  acceptable but only with moral values,moral values unite moral diversity so this is only the true "Unity In Diversity"

When I started out with PECS ,my mother was very apprehensive that it could impair his speech development.So are may people. My mother had her rationale to it.She felt if one makes it very easy to demand things with picture cards, why should he bother to talk?We have been assured over and over again by therapists whenever we use any aided communication,either verbal behaviour/ PECS, it doesn't stop him from talking. When you give a picture card for water,you stress on the word every time he demands for water.There are no substitutes for talking but these are crutches in some sense,it lowers the child's frustration and gives him an opportunity to communicate.

The Bangalore experience:

We were in Bangalore last one month or so. Frankly speaking, our visit to Bangalore was an eye opener in many ways, helping us to get know the system better in terms of logistics, people, housing………..We decided to relocate to Bengaluru (must get the name right) for Ramam’s sake and I think the visit has convinced us the move is justified. Let me warn you in the beginning, this is a long post. Bangalore-- schools As for the schools we visited we first went to Bubbles run by Sarbani Mallick.  This is in Govindraj nagar. (9845557115). It is more of an activity centre where children go after school hours with more emphasis on social and play skills. This academic session, they plan to run a school. They focus on games that promote functional academics. It can be a starting point for early intervention from where the child can move on.
