To me diversity education is important for training all people. Understand future of knowledge depends on how the world looks to all independent minds.Unlike Temple Grandin, I think in words. Observing is not working at all for me.  Respect for all kinds of diversity is required for the good of the humanity. I will explain the need for educating people to come together to make this world a beautiful place where everyone and every thinking pattern be valued. Understanding that we are special and alive so our psychological process are to be recognized. Zealous Advocacy is very much strongly required. Education about diversity helps people to think that good human beings with empathy can change not only the thinking pattern but also the knowledge system prevailing as of now. understanding love is needed to create a obstacle free world.
