Too simple! Peanut butter cookies

This recipe was far too simple to let it pass. So I thought I will give it a try. Take I cup of peanut butter, (I understand Kraft peanut butter is GF), 1/2 cup sugar, and 1 egg. Mix the ingredients, roll  them into a ball and press it with a fork. Bake at 180.c for 10 minutes. The cookies were soft, definitely not like the one Ramam likes. Hope I got them right. He likes them  crunchier.

Do u get chunky peanut better? They will have pieces of nuts. That would make the cookies crunchier. Also u could coarsely grind some peanuts and add them into the batter?

Isn't Ramam allergic to eggs?

No,I used the creamy one.Maybe chunky might be a better idea.I do not give him eggs regularly but use it in baking. Tried an egg replacer in the past, but I was not very successful. Will it give it another shot.
